37Kw 30Kpa high speed turbo blower for electro-plating industry with 95% efficiency

Digital Intelligent Turing turbo blower is an efficient, and environmentally sustainable product providing end users with significant reductions in operating costs through energy savings of up to 40% (according to a third party study).
The blower was installed with mingcheng own designed/manufactured PMSM. We Minimize current loss and the motor can operate continuously at high speed, with an efficiency of more than 95%.
Work together with both Chinese top blower institute and industry customers, our impellersare designed by tri-variate movement theory with high efficiency to achieve a balance between large air flow and high pressure. The impeller was made of high strength forged aerospace Aluminum so top anti-corrosion and long life durability are realized
Our own blower cabinet so the inlet gas will go through the motor and controller to cool them down.

Thanks to the compact design, our product can easily be installed in small spaces with low installation and maintenance costs - only air filters need periodical cleaning or changing. Other important benefits include much lower noise and vibration, durability, and reliability.
